Giancarlo Frigieri has among his best qualities the one that he is a composer/artist. A talent which confirms in his career as a soloist started a few years ago which sees him try with a songwriting of undoubtedly American aspiration, which, however, makes use of parallel projects, intersecting compositions, and musical contributions by and with wayfarer musician friends who travel with the Emilian guitarist along the road of this long journey. In this his latest work he collaborated with the Mosquitos, a Lazio band with which Giancarlo dialogues musically, sharing elective affinities and musical sensibility.

Nine acoustics ballads, sing all in one breath, light and heartbreaking as only love can be, Wonderfully cradling you in the summer twilight:”In Love” is a sensitive and liberating record, such as the dizzy races in the countryside of your childhood, the wind that passes lightly and tousles the hair of the person you just made love to. Greed, desire, events that consume the skin, sweetness, devotion, beauty. Nine tracks that melt in a beautiful melody, with sounds and quite colors, which consume with slowness in the mist and in the subsequent brightening overwhelm you with an avalanche of emotions (“In Ship”).
