“Good Luck” is the fifth album of Giardini di Mirò.
“Good Luck is a record made of songs, more or less long, simple or structured, but always songs where well-constructed refrains are also noted. The starting point is “Dividing Opinions”, the 2007 album which had detected the Giardini di Mirò also as interesting lyricists and uncertain singers. Nowadays there are lyrics in seven out of eight songs and at the microphone seems stable and secure Corrado Nuccini, the post-rock of the early years has been transfigured by different influences as well as by a stylistic figure that has found the courage to reveal itself in its fullness, so much so that by now the brand of “Italian Mogwai” appears frumpy and faded. Indeed, it can be said without fear of contradiction that ours can sport a far brighter artistic condition than the Glasgow types.” (Indieforbunnies)
