“Microsolco” is the new album of the Mangala Vallis, seven tracks of real progressive music, if one really wanted to give it a well-defined label, but it would be preferable to say excellent music. Stop.
Many years have passed since the release of the last record, and in the following interview Gigi Cavalli Cocchi reveals motivations and production notes, spanning topics of undoubted common interest.
Compared to the last work, seven years ago, three components have changed, but it is the turnover between vocalists that is the last in chronological order, and it is of relevant importance. The vocalist puts his voice, face and leads the audience by the hand throughout the live stage, and both Bernardo Lanzetti, the outgoing, and Roberto Tiranti, the incoming, are musicians of unquestionable value that are hard not to appreciate.
