Anabasi Road EN

Anabasi road were born in 2009 in the rehearsal rooms of Reggio Emilia.

In their musical creations to the spirit of analog music is associated by modern and aggressive timbres that would become the signature of Anabasis Road. Since their beginning, they were always present on the local scenes bringing on the stage the energy and spontaneity that characterize each performance.

They have participated to music competitions such as the “Liber@mente Contest” in Quattro Castella (RE), coming second in both the 2012 edition and the “Krisis Band Contest” in Carpi in 2015.

In June 12, 2014 their first album is released, which has the name of the band Luca Giorgio Pretorius deals with records, mixing and mastering (already drummer of “What a Funk!?”),to whom must be given credit for the accuracy of the work due to which the work can express itself at its best. In the absence of a label, the distribution of the record is through the web and by selling the album privately Both public and critical response have been of a high standard (more than 1,000 copies sold since the debut).

In May 5, 2016 is published “Ages”, second work of the band from which is extracted the videoclip of the fist song, “What Does It Mean”?, that confirmed the good results get with their first album.

The release of the third album is planned for 2020, always self-produced, that will mark a deep musical renovation and where for the first time will be feature texts in Italian.
